We supply a wide range of hydraulic cylinder for excavators, loaders, dump trucks, forklift, cranes, agricultural equipment, wind power and so on with rods diameters from 20mm to 330mm, bores inner diameters from 35mm to 560mm, stroke up to 15000mm and testing pressure Max 85Mpa.

Our key products include 9 series of hydraulic cylinders made for: excavators, loaders, forklifts, dump trucks, mining equipment, agricultural equipment, port machines, sanitation machines and other special machines. There are more than 1200 models.

The ‘roughness’ of the inside of the tube has been reduced to 0.01 from 0.04 µm which, along with a smoother, harder surface, was achieved by processing with the most advanced SRB machinery.

The surface of the rod is treated using advanced Japanese technology to minimize the pores and to improve the adhesion and the hardness of the chromium coating layer and to increase the brightness and the anti-corrosion properties.

A six-headed polishing machine buffs the rod twice to greatly reduce the frictional coefficient and surface roughness and to effectively prolong the service life of the cylinder.

In the mean time, we have the advanced CNC machine tools, a HM6300 horizontal machining center, a Panasonic welding robot, parts cleaning agent, automatic assembly lines, automatic painting equipment etc. to ensure a 360-degree quality control of the production process. We check all of the products, using fully equipped facilities and advanced instruments, regarding the performance, structure, size tolerance, roughness, hardness, pressure and sealing to ensure the product quality meets the requirements of our different customers.
