Die features: The cone adopts 18 pyramid structure, the slider is inlaid with wear-resistant strips, and the expansion requirements of different types of rims are realized by replacing expansion modules. The die is equipped with centralized lubrication system to lubricate the sliding working parts. Cr12MoV is usually used as raw material in the core part, and the hardness of vacuum heat treatment is above HRC60.
